First Blog Entry

We have decided to start a blog with likely less than frequent updates to keep people up to date on the happenings at Canyon View Orchard. Many people walking down Western Drive ask about what is going on, and here we hope to keep people informed of novice orchard keepers and the successes and mistakes that are made.

Below is the original layout design of the orchard. During the plantings we had to make some changes, most notable where the berries are planted. The original location did not have enough top soil to support the plants.
