Spring is Finally Here

After a long we winter spring is here in the orchard. We have tilled over the winter cover crop placed out new compost and mulch over the trees. All trees have started growing leaves and have been flowering for fruit growth. This year we will also be knocking off all fruit on the trees so that they can continue to grow and establish themselves in their second summer of growth at the orchard.
